Main goal: protection of women workers of the defense industry under massive lay-off, assistance to women of the defense industry in preserving their professional potential, finding new employment and adaptation to the changing life conditions. Governed by the Board. The Association includes representatives of 30 enterprises belonging to the Defense Industry and the Ministry of Defense 200 persons from Moscow, Moscow Oblast, Omsk, Irkutsk, Murmansk. In the future the Association plans to extend its activities to a number of other Russian regions. Most members of the association are women with higher education. The Association's budget is formed by membership fees and donations. |
